We primarily use Australia Post for shipping; however, some oversize items do require a courier. In most cases, we do not charge extra for the use of a courier, however we will let you know upon ordering an oversized item if it will incur an extra fee.
If the order requires an additional level of care (fragile products), we use Pack & Send.

Standard Shipping
$50 NSW Flat Rate and $65 for the rest of Australia
– Includes:

• Online Tracking using Australia Post’s tracking system
• Tracking notifications sent directly to supplied email address (yours or your customers)
• Signature on delivery if someone is home. If they’re not home, AusPost will leave the parcel in a safe place if one is available. If a safe place isn’t available, they’ll leave a notification card and take the parcel to a nearby Post Office.

All prints are packaged by professionals to ensure there is no damage to any product in the shipping and handling process. If for any reason your product should arrive to you in any way damaged, please see our returns policy right away to resolve any issues.

Expected turnaround time for photo prints is one (1) week.
Expected turnaround time for framed prints, float frame prints and acrylic prints is approximately two to three (2-3) weeks.
Although we do our best to have our products made and delivered to you as soon as humanly possible.
